About

Brandon Aversano is the CEO and founder of The Alloy Market, a fintech platform bringing transparency and efficiency to the gold jewelry and precious metals exchange industry. Drawing on his background in financial services, where he collaborated with Fortune 500 firms on product design, launches, financial reporting, and strategy, Brandon founded Alloy to transform a frustrating, opaque consumer experience into a seamless, trusted digital alternative. A graduate of The George Washington University, Brandon was designated the Class of 2024’s Distinguished Scholar and invited to join Phi Beta Kappa. He has held pivotal roles at Deloitte, where he designed and launched new services for government users, and at JetBlue Airways, where he helped spin off JetBlue Vacations into a standalone subsidiary, TrueBlue Travel. Most recently, he led one of J.P. Morgan Chase’s largest co-branded credit card portfolios, refining customer acquisition and retention strategies while managing operational and financial risk. Brandon’s path to entrepreneurship was shaped by both conviction and lived experience. After facing significant medical expenses following a cancer diagnosis, he saw firsthand how difficult it is for individuals to get fair payouts for gold and other precious metals—often needed to cover urgent costs like medical debt. This insight directly inspired the launch of Alloy. A member of the Forbes Business Council and Entrepreneur Leadership Network, Brandon shares insights on fintech product best practices and leadership through expert panels and long-form strategy content. An avid traveler, lifelong learner, and advocate for mindful leadership, he applies the same thoughtful approach to his personal life as he does to building Alloy.
